What it does
Loan-level visibility into 40+ non-agency conduit CMBS trusts — current trust balance, master servicer, property-type mix, top state, and the largest loans inside each deal. Reconstructed from SEC Reg AB II ABS-EE filings on a monthly cadence.
What’s in it:
- Deal profile — current UPB, loan count, master servicer, special servicer, cut-off date, number of remaining loans.
- Property-type mix — office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use.
- Top-state concentration — three largest states by current balance share.
- Largest loans — the five largest loans in the trust by current UPB, with property type and city.
- Deal browse — filter by shelf (BANK, BBCMS, BMARK, etc.) or by vintage.
Sample questions this answers in one click:
- “Current balance and top-state exposure for BANK 2022-BNK40.”
- “Which conduit deal has the biggest NYC office loan?”
- “Property-type mix across BBCMS 2024 shelf.”
Who finds this useful: non-agency CMBS buyers screening deals before bidding; commercial-mortgage analysts tracking property-type trends; special servicers scoping a new workload.
Scope: non-agency conduit CMBS only (public filings). Agency CMBS (Fannie DUS, Freddie Multi, Ginnie Multi) is not in this panel — those live on the agency servicing side.
