What it does
Every servicer of record across the three agency books, in one place. Current servicing UPB and loan count, with a per-agency breakdown so you can see whether a shop is Fannie-heavy, Freddie-heavy, or a Ginnie issuer at the same time.
What’s in it:
- Current UPB and loan count for every active servicer of record, drawn from the most recent monthly disclosure of each agency.
- Per-agency breakdown — Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae columns side by side so you can see portfolio shape at a glance.
- Name search with alias handling — servicer names drift (bank, N.A., Mortgage, Mortgage Co.); search tolerates the common variants and surfaces close candidates when the match is ambiguous.
- Agency filter — browse just the Fannie roster, just Freddie, or just Ginnie issuers.
Sample questions this answers in one click:
- “Who services the most Ginnie I loans?”
- “Show me every servicer with a Fannie book over $50B.”
- “Does PennyMac service for Freddie, Ginnie, or both?”
- “Rocket’s current servicing book across all three agencies.”
Who finds this useful: MSR buyers vetting a counterparty, correspondent sellers checking whether their servicing-released buyer is on their agency; whole-loan desks ranking servicers by size.
What this is not: a transfer log. For month-over-month servicer-of-record changes (gainers / losers in UPB) use the Servicing Transfer Explorer.
