Enter a CUSIP and get the pool’s current composition profile back — the fast way to answer “what’s actually inside this pool?” without downloading a factor file.
What’s in it:
- WAC, WALA, WAM at the current factor date.
- Credit characteristics — weighted average FICO, LTV, DTI; distribution across first-time-buyer, investor, and refi.
- Seller and servicer on the pool, with concentration if more than one.
- Top state concentration — largest three states by share.
- Agency filter for browsing — Fannie UMBS and Freddie UMBS/MBS; Ginnie pools live in the Servicer Directory for now.
